About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Corporate CRT Trainer to drive capability building and career development initiatives for our Store Operations cadre. The role focuses on delivering structured Instructor-Led Training, Digital Platform learning (LAMP), and On-the-Job Coaching to enhance employee performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver training sessions through 80% Classroom/CRT Training and 20% On-the-Job Training
- Facilitate soft skills and sales training for store employees and new joiners
- Conduct interactive, engaging, and impactful sessions aligned to operational needs
Training Needs & Content Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with HR & Operations
- Create and update training content including presentations, manuals, handouts, and job aids
- Ensure consistency and relevance of all training material
Continuous Development & Coaching
- Provide structured coaching and follow-up to employees to ensure skill application
- Monitor learner progress and maintain training records and reports
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and Department Managers to align training with business goals
- Support capability building initiatives and career progression programs across stores
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to deliver both soft skills and sales capability programs
- Proficiency in developing training materials and using digital learning tools (LAMP preferred)
- Good understanding of retail operations (pharma/retail experience preferred)
- Ability to manage large groups and conduct classroom as well as field training
- High energy, learner-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Education & Experience
- Graduate (Science background preferred- BSC, Pharmacy)
- 3–4 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, CRT Trainer, L&D Facilitator, or similar role
- Experience in retail or service industry training is an added advantage
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to visit stores for OJT and observations as required
