About the Role : Individual Contributor Role with business development & new new client acquisition as the primary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

1.Marketing of the peer group programme in your primary market as well as those across India to the requisite functional lead in corporations, both Indian and multinational. This would include ongoing identification of potential clients through consistent and ongoing market research, one-on-one meetings with people identified and reach out to and subsequent, requisite follow-up for closure.

2. Activities will include securing confirmation of a minimum number of meetings with prospective clients each week. This will require identifying a defined group of corporations suitable for invitation to peer group forums through membership. Successfully converting a specified number of these corporations into members will be a key deliverable.

3. Related marketing activities will include the creation and ongoing updating of industry databases containing comprehensive details of CXOs and other key individuals identified as prospective customers. These details will be reviewed regularly with internal peer group teams to finalize marketing targets and ensure profile accuracy. The databases will also be used to support conferences organized from time to time

4. Upselling additional services offered by the organization, including proprietary research.

5. Use the CRM system as the primary tool for managing all database and engagement-related activities with members and prospects.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date quantitative and qualitative information for all clients and prospective clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of the organization’s full portfolio of services to effectively cross-sell and promote additional products and offerings.

6. As a part of the retention and business development effort, the peer group forum representatives are required to be cognizant at all times, of developments/growth plans/strategies of existing and prospective member firms whether gathered through the media or directly. This information should then be updated on Company databases and provided as intelligence when required. This would form part of your responsibilities.
