About the Role

The selected candidate will take complete ownership of training execution, LMS completion, and business-focused learning interventions, ensuring store employees meet performance and skill objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training programs via:
- Classroom sessions
- On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Virtual training platforms
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensure timely completion of e-learning modules by store employees.
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives across assigned retail zones.
- Analyze store performance data to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Implement targeted training interventions to improve sales, productivity, and customer service.
- Follow a clinical solutions-centric approach to enhance product knowledge and customer counselling skills.
- Track training effectiveness through reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to align training strategies with business objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Retail Trainer / Corporate Trainer / L&D Executive / OJT Trainer
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning implementation
- Experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG industry preferred
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple stores/zones effectively
